How to Add or Change U-verse Services

You can add or change U-verse services from my AT&T or make changes to only your TV service right from your U-verse remote. For example, you can upgrade to a higher channel TV package or move to a lower price TV package, change your U-verse Voice calling plan, or add an additional U-verse line. Add or remove high definition and premium HD services, upgrade your High Speed Internet package and more. We hope you are not completely cancelling service, but if you are, please call as at 800-288-2020. Cancelling services can’t be completed online. We apologize for any inconvenience.

First, let’s go over how to make a change from your myAT&T account. Start by logging into my myAT&T account using your access ID. Don’t have a myAT&T log in? Go to att.com and click register today. Next, select a service you want to change at the top of the page. For example, you may have U-verse TV, Internet, and Voice. Select the one you want and then select change plan. Now, select the modify button below the product you want to change. Select the items you want to add or the changes you want to make, and then select update cart. On the right side, you’ll see all of your changes highlighted and your monthly total updated. Select “Continue”.

Please make note that a change fee applies if a premium TV service or TV subscription package is disconnected within 30 days of activation. Next, you’ll see the summary of changes. Review your changes, and select “checkout”. Simply provide the required billing information and follow the on-screen instructions. That’s it! You’ve successfully added or changed your U-verse service. You can only make changes to your U-verse TV from your remote control. All other services can be changed in myAT&T. To make changes to your U-verse TV, just visit the U-verse account manager on channel 9910. To find the latest channels added to your AT&T U-verse TV service, please view channels 400, 1000, or 1100.
